Join Herbalist Lynn Roberts of Acuity Wellness for a hands-on, garden-based workshop at the PHS Community Farm focused on growing organic medicinal herbs at home. This class is all about the plants themselves—from soil to harvest—and is ideal for gardeners and aspiring herbalists alike.
Together, we’ll spend time in the herb beds discussing how to grow, tend, and sustainably harvest a variety of medicinal herbs. Lynn will also share traditional and contemporary uses of the plants we encounter, helping participants better understand how these herbs are commonly worked with once harvested.
This workshop emphasizes observation, seasonal timing, and practical growing skills, laying a strong foundation for future herbal medicine-making classes.
