Specialized Nutrition Services
For Individuals with Intellectual and
Developmental Disorders and Autism
Our mission is to provide tailored nutrition services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. We aim to promote independence in the kitchen and grocery store, making balanced nutrition accessible for people of all abilities, from start to finish.
We understand that the most challenging aspect of changing nutrition habits is often integrating the advice from healthcare professionals into your lifestyle.
By pairing personalized nutrition counseling with hands-on skillbuilding sessions in the kitchen and grocery store, we support individuals and their families and caregivers every step of the way.
Our Services
60-minute sessions to help foster independence in the kitchen and grocery store. All sessions are available on Zoom unless indicated. In-person sessions are available and may require an additional fee dependent on location.
