All sessions are offered on Zoom at this time.
In your initial session, we will review your medical history and discuss health successes and challenges in order to establish goals and create a personalized care plan that can include nutrition, herbal, and Ayurvedic support.
Nutrition
Receive a nutrition analysis with personalized nutrition recommendations, including daily food group servings (exchanges) and opportunities for menu planning.
Herbs
Customized teas, tinctures, and topicals formulated and blended just for you!
Ayurveda
Get in touch with your Ayurvedic constitution and uncover food and lifestyle practices to align with both your unique constitution and the seasons.

Initial Consult
A 2-hour session focused on one of the following:
- Establish a custom nutrition plan
- Receive a personalized herbal formula
- Uncover your Ayurvedic dosha (constitution) and receive customized lifestyle recommendations

Follow-Up
Meeting regularly allows for the development of a therapeutic relationship and opportunities to answer questions, give and receive feedback, establish routines, provide accountability, and support behavior change. Because the best outcomes come from meeting frequently, Lynn offers a 15% discount for packages of 3 or more sessions.

The Full Monty Package
Begin with an initial session (2 hours) + (5) 1-hour sessions of your choice (nutrition, herbs, &/or Ayurveda). Meet with Lynn every 4 weeks over 6 months.
Investment: $599

Please note: Custom herbal formulas (tea, tincture, topical) are not included and typically range from $35-$55 per month.
Low/no-cost herbal consultations may be available through the Montgomery County Chapter of Herbalists Without Borders. Please visit our workshops and events page to view all upcoming clinics. These consultations are offered in a community setting and may include herbs as available.
